Description
Spy Glass Hill Villa overlooks the Sandy Ground village on the cliffside with wonderful views of the incoming yachts
and cargo boats that comes and goes into the the busy harbour.In the evenings this villa is lit up with the breathtaking
sunset.
This large four bedrooms with ensuites are perfect for your next Caribbean vacation, with its location its one of the
best. This wonderful private villa can be rented as a 1,2,3,or 4 bedroom. In the evenings this villa is lit up with the
breathtaking sunset.
There are two second floor wings, each with its own master size bedroom and ensuite bath complete with outdoor shower
and Jacuzzi. There is private patio with each master from which you can enjoy fabulous views and sunsets.
A third guest room on the main floor also has its own ensuite and this bedroom has a walkout to the pool area. All
bedrooms are air-conditioned. All bedrooms have private entrances so this is not a suitable villa for young children. We
recommend children over 12 only.
Spyglass Hill overlooks the picturesque harbour. There is a 4th bedroom suite on the lower level featuring a king-sized
bed, mini fridge, separate bathroom and an entertainment area featuring a top of the line maple billiards board and
electronic darts game.
The bedroom area can be separated from the games area if other guests in the villa use it. The lower level suite has a
private entrance and a private deck. There is an additional entrance to the games area from the villa.
As well, there is a wonderful new gym area featuring an elliptical machine and treadmill. The gym area is enclosed by
sliding glass panels so our guests can enjoy full views and breezes while exercising.
There is a central open-air atrium, which provides outdoor lounging and dining areas. This area opens onto the
kitchen, living and dining room and stairways to bedrooms. There is a wonderful herb garden in the atrium and
guests are welcome to use the herbs when cooking.
The Living room has beautiful bamboo floors and beamed ceilings. A plasma TV and DVD player along with a sectional sofa
are great for enjoying DVDs or catching up with the news back home.
