This lovely villa is situated in the Sea Rocks on the northeast side of the island. Sea Rocks has long been an exclusive
residential area for full time residents and the villa renters. It is quite beautiful and secluded.
This villa is short 5 minuite drive or 20 minute walk to Shoal Bay East, one of the most spectacular beaches on the
Island.
Almost every home or villa in this area sits high overlooking the sea, quite close to waters edge and there is a path to
the sea.
This villa is very spacious and elegant, the living room and seperate dining room are large and perfect for relaxation and
entertaining.
There are three bedrooms on the main level and a fourth on the lower level. All are very comfortable and airy.
