Indigo Villa Villa is elegantly furnished in a unique blend of antique and modern style. One of the unique features of
this particular property is the terraced dining pavilion with built-in furniture, barbecue, sink and fridge, and overlooks
beautifully mature gardens and the sea beyond.
Indigo Villa has a new 2,500 sq. ft. entrance building, just completed in November 2008. The New Entrance Building sits
behind Indigo on 1/2 acre of secluded walled garden, with a new simulated grass tennis court. The new facilities include
2 additional bedrooms (king suites), a large lounge, dining and kitchen area, large gym and tennis court. This new entrance
building offers great flexibility for you to bring your own staff if you wish, living completely separate, or to generate
extra living space for further family and friends.
The bedrooms are all lovely and elegantly appointed. Privacy abounds as the bedrooms are scattered throughout the estate.

This estate is located on the rocky coastline and there is a small man-made beach with water access and kayaks.
