This spectacular villa was just completed and is located on a hill overlooking beautiful Sandy Hill Bay with a path leading
to the beach.
Everthing you wish for is provided for in this villa with custom built furniture from Bali, oceanic and African art collection
throughout, the most up to date kitchen appliances and wireless internet access in the living room and all bedrooms.
From the time you enter the double gates to this unique home you feel relaxed. You first see the beautiful outdoor living
room featuring a fireplace and unique among the villas on Anguilla. The free-form heated pool starts from this area, flows
under the bridge which leads to the master suite, and along the side of the living room. A gas grill is also provided for
your outside dining.
The living room features comfortable seating with a 42" flat panel TV with DVD, VCR and stereo system, desk with wireless
internet, and built in bar with icemarker and wine refrigerator. The wall of windows provides a panormic view of Sandy Hill
Bay as well as the neighboring islands of St. Maarten and St. Barts. The kitchen has state of the art appliances and every
utensil and small appliance you could wish for. The custom designed dishes were made in Bali and make even a simple meal feel
elegant.
The master suite is accessed via a bridge across the pool and is large and spacious with a four-poster king size bed. It
also has it's own private pool and deck for lounging and relaxing. The master bath features both indoor and outdoor showers
and whirlpool tub, twin sinks and granite counters. As in all bedrooms there is a coffee service and small refrigerator,
Frette linens, bathrobes and slippers and beach towels.
Also on the main level and off of the outdoor living area is Bedroom #2 which has two twin sized beds which may be made into
a king with all the amenites, beautiful bath with granite counters and a bonus room with a desk, fax and two day beds which
would be great for children. This office/bedroom also has a TV so is great for the children to watch their favorite shows.
Bedroom #3 is down the steps and below Bedroom #2. Beautiful artwork and sculptures make this another peaceful retreat. There
are two Queen size beds, coffee service, small refrigerator, small deck with lounge chairs.
Bedroom #4 is another master suite with a larger bathroom and a king size four-poster bed. It has it's own veranda with lounge
chairs.
Bedroom #5: Lower level. Verandah. Two queen beds. Shower. Sink. Dressing table. Bar with refrigerator and coffee service.

All bedrooms have a/c and ceiling fans, Bvlgari amenities and Frette linens are featured throughout with robes and slippers.
There is wireless internet in all bedrooms, telephone, clock radio, coffee service, small refrigerator and beach towels.
The beautifuly landscaped grounds include an Indonesian bale' or daybed with a thatch roof and a shaded sitting area with a
grove of palm trees. A path leads down a small hill to Sandy Hill Bay beach which is excellent for swimming and snorkeling.
