double mahogany doors, Alcyon’s unique design provides breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the islands of St. Martin,
St.Barths, Saba and St. Kitts, while capturing the prevailing tropical trade winds.
This grand two story living area features an exotic hardwood ceiling highlighted by a stunning bronze chandelier that
showcases the custom Italian railing with solid mahogany handrail along the mezzanine. The living area’s 16' opening
provides an open air feel along with spectacular views of the Caribbean and neighboring islands. The room is tastefully
designed in an elegant and inviting West Indies style of dark woods and golden highlights.

a round deep walnut dining table for 10, Ficks Reed rattan and woven wicker buffet, travertine tiling, terrace with
Caribbean hardwood pergola and spectacular sunsets.
A Mediterranean inspired kitchen framed by stately columns and archways, featuring ocean views to the west, east and south
toward the adjoining Caribbean islands, as well as ample space to accommodate work areas for several cooks . It features
custom cherry hardwood cabinetry, granite countertops, a spacious island which seats three, a six burner dual-fuel
professional range, large refrigerator, beverage cooler, dishwasher, and microwave.
